Services we provide

At Neuro Rise Collective, we deliver neuro-affirming, capacity-building supports designed to strengthen confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Our services are strengths-based, trauma-informed, and focused on building practical skills that support long-term outcomes.

Focused Capacity Building Programs

We offer structured, goal-focused programs that support the development of everyday skills in ways that respect neurodivergent identity and individual pacing. Programs are tailored to participant goals and may focus on areas such as:

  • Communication and social connection

  • Confidence building and self-advocacy

  • Emotional regulation and wellbeing

  • Executive functioning and organisational skills

  • Independent living and daily routines

  • Community participation and engagement

Programs are delivered over set timeframes (such as 8-week blocks) and are designed to support gradual, sustainable skill development without pressure, compliance, or deficit-based approaches.

NDIS-Aligned Support

All services align with NDIS Capacity Building categories and focus on supporting participants to build skills that enhance independence and reduce reliance on supports over time.

8 weeks program - Communication and Social Skills

This 8-week capacity-building program supports neurodivergent adults to strengthen communication and social skills in ways that feel respectful, practical, and empowering. The program focuses on building confidence, self-understanding, and effective communication across everyday situations, without pressure to mask or conform.

Participants explore their individual communication styles, practise expressing needs and boundaries, and develop skills for social connection at their own pace. Supports are strengths-based and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on self-advocacy, emotional awareness, and meaningful participation in daily life.

8-Week Independent Living Skills Program

This 8-week capacity-building program supports neurodivergent individuals to build confidence and independence in the home. The program focuses on developing practical daily living skills, routines, and organisational strategies that support autonomy and reduce overwhelm.

Through personalised, strengths-based supports, participants build skills in areas such as self-care, household tasks, planning, and decision-making. The program is delivered at each person’s pace and is designed to support sustainable independence without pressure or compliance-based approaches.
